Note About Fees
The Bolton law Firm PC charges $300 per hour for initial consultation. You and your attorney will discuss additional fees when you meet. Currently, the firm charges $425 per hour for lead attorney time, $350 for associate and of counsel time, and $175 per hour for paralegals. we strive to give the best representation at the lowest cost possible.
Your Trust Fund is your "bank account" from which your expenses will be paid. You will be asked for an initial amount to get your matter started. After that, you will be required to maintain a minimum balance in your trust account at all times during your litigation. The minimum will be stated in the employment agreement with the firm. Trust funds not used will be returned to the source at the end of he litigation.
The Bolton Law Firm, PC, does not accept cases on a pro bono basis.
